Activating a ballot

Activating a ballot does two things:

1) Make the ballot ready to vote.

2) Generate the unique ballot IDs for the user group or members selected.

Note that a ballot is not allowed to edit once it is activated.

To activate a ballot, click Activate on the icon rows.

Then on the activate page, choose your voters - either check Members Only or select one of those user groups in the user group drop down.

Hit Submit to activate it.
