Site Constants control who receives notices from the website regarding different events, notices and contacts. http://tendenci.com/en/helpfiles/v/78

For a list of site constants you can add to your site, review the constants and their definitions at /en/siteconstants/names.asp 

For example: Different contacts in your company or organization can receive receipt notices for event registration. This can be helpful for organizers of events, account reconciliation and marketing events.

The Site Constant:

calendareventregistrationsrecipients  can be added to your Site constants to control who receives notices of event registrations.

The Site Constant:

calendareventrecipients controls all other event details by default such as event cancellations, registrations and payment details. To separate these two functions, or assign more than one recipient, follow the steps to add a new Site Constant.

To Add Site Constants, you must be a Site Administrator.

1. From the Tendenci console, choose Manage Users.
2. Choose H) 1. Add/Search Site Constants.
3. Click the ADD hyperlink under the Tendenci tabs.
1. Check the Names hyperlink to see descriptions of the site Constant Key you can add and define and the descriptions associated with each.
   
4. Add or delete email addresses.
   • Each email address should be separated by a comma.
   • Email addresses must match Site Administrators in the system.
5. Click Update Site Constant.
