Changing the Site Administrator

The Admin Contact is the person that receives notifications when content is added to the site or a new user is added to the database. There are two settings associated with the Site Admin:
  1. Administrator Name
  2. Administrator Email * (there can only be one email address listed)
To change the Administrator Name,
  1. Go to the Tendenci console.
  2. In the Admin Quick Links section, click Site Settings.
  3. Under Administrator Name edit the name of the administrator.
  4. Click the Change button to submit.

To change the Administrator Email, follow the same steps and edit the setting for Administrator Email.

Other settings that you may wish to change along with Administrator Email are:

  1. Contact Name
  2. Contact Email * (there can only be one email address listed)
  3. Webmaster
  4. Webmaster Email * (there can only be one email address listed)
