If you send a newsletter out, then decide you want to send the same newsletter to a different User Group, use the Newsletter clone feature to speed things up!
To clone a Newsletter:
- From the Tendenci console, choose Search Pending Actions.
- Click on the Click here for newsletters that have already been sent highlighted text
- All the newsletters you have sent (even to a test group) will appear.
- Choose the Newsletter to clone and click Clone this Action.
- Click Clone.
You have now created a new Newsletter. Edit the content, if necessary, and choose a new User Group prior to sending.
This is a very handy feature when you have sent your Newsletter to a test group for feedback before sending out to your actual Newsletter User Group.
