When ever you copy and paste content into the WYSIWYG workspace, it’s a good idea to clean the code by using the Clean Up HTML icon. Select the paintbrush icon in the WYSIWYG editor. You will want to:
- Remove all word specific markup
- Clean up cascading style sheets
- Clean up Font tags
- Clean up Span tags
Once you've cleaned up the code, you can format it using the WYSIWYG tools.
