Reasons why you are no longer receiving contact form submissions
If you stop receiving Contact forms, something is wrong. Do not assume that people are not interested in what you are offering. They were before. They are now. Something happened.
Contact your internal IT support to see if something changed on the mail server or with your specific email account.
You most likely have the contact form going to a generic email account such as sales@mycompany.com or info@mycompany.com. This email account is then pointed to your own personal email account so you can receive these contact forms without logging into a separate account.
Once the connection has been restored, you will need to find those "lost" emails. You have two options here:

- View the Contacts report on Tendenci. The Contacts report logs every Contact form submitted on the system.
