Retrieving a registrant's information for emailing or printing
Some of your event attendees may delete or lose their registration confirmation email. As some of your events may require a printout for entrance or participation, it is helpful to know how to access registrants' information for printing and emailing purposes.
- Select your event from the list or monthly event views.
- Click Attendees in the top menu.
- Click on the 'Reg #’ (the 4th column from the left) for the Attendee you need.
From here, you can print and fax this page to the attendee for their records.
** You can also cancel the registration from this screen by clicking "One-Click Cancel Registration?"
