One way to increase the chances that your newsletter will be received is to send it not only to the primary e-mail, but the secondary e-mail address, as well. Follow these instructions on doing this:
- Click on the link for the Newsletter Generator in the Quick Admin links block.
- In the first block, there is an option that says "Include email2?" Make sure this check box is selected.
- Proceed with generating your newsletter and once you've clicked submit and sent it, the newsletter will be sent to both of the e-mail addresses of the users in your selected user group.
Note*** This will only work if there is a secondary e-mail address designated. Users in that user group who only have one listed will only receive the newsletter in the primary address.
