User Icons
When you search the Users database, you will see several pieces of data for each Users and a string of icons for quick viewing/editing of the User record. Here's what everything means.

First Data Line

Lastname, Firstname (Display Name) -- click this to view the User's record.
(Username) -- the Username defaults to the User's email address if a Username was not entered.
Member icon -- this will show for all your Members. Click this to view the Membership record.
Logon activity icon -- this will vary from User to User based on the last login. Typically used to determine which is the active record for users that have two User records.
- Green -- Last login was within 30 days
- Yellow -- Last login was between 30-60 days
- Red -- Last login was between 60-90 days
- No icon -- Last login was more than 90 days ago
Second Data Line

UserID -- the small gray number at the far left of the icon row. This indicates the UserID# assigned to this User by Tendenci and is used to assign individual ownership rights to different sections of the site.
MemberID and Number -- this shows for all members. Click the Member Number to view the Membership record.
First Responder icon -- this indicates if this User is marked as a First Responder in the system. Click this icon to view their First Responder details.
Email icon -- click to send an email to this User.
Vcard icon -- click to generate a vCard for this User.
MyEvents icon -- click to view Events this User is registered for.
Fax icon -- click to generate a fax cover page from you to this User.
Edit icon -- click to edit this User's record.
Permissions icon -- click to view and edit Permissions for this User.
Groups icon -- click to view and edit User Groups for this User.
Committee icon -- click to view and edit Committees for this User.
Ticket icon -- click to add a Ticket for this User. This can be turned off in the SiteXML variable (and usually is) if you do not use Tickets internally.
Ticket history icon -- click to view Ticket History for this User. (same caveats as above)
Invoices icon - click to view Invoices for this User.
Membership icon -- click to add a Membership Application for this User.
Delete icon -- click to Delete a User record. You will get an "are you sure?" step before the User is deleted.
Third Data Line

Email -- User's email address. Click to send an email to this User.
Phone -- User's phone number.
Several of these icons will be repeated on view and edit of the User record.
On view/edit, you will also see an XML export icon (
) . Clicking this icon will generate a screen of XML data for this User record.
Additional Note: If you see the blue border on a user record, it means you're the owner of that record.
