The submission of a contact form
is the most important action that occurs on your
site. Think of it as your web site's Senior
Prom and Graduation all rolled into one.
Inbound phone calls are just as
cherished.
For your visitors that fill out
a contact form, a database record is created with
all appropriate contact information and
referral sources. If they have visited
your Tendenci® site before it will
identify the visitor by e-mail address or cookie
if they allow it.
Once they submit, your internal
team is sent a branded contact form notification
with an easy link to add the visitor to Outlook
or Act! directly. And the e-mail looks good because
branding isn't just external.
For those phone calls, you can add
them directly through the site as well or import
them at some interval (like before those Holiday
cards get sent out.)
