Tendenci Refund Policy
Tendenci's Free Trial Refund Policy
Tendenci offers a free 30-day trial to create, customize, and use a website built on the Tendenci Membership Management Software. If you have already created a Tendenci website that was eligible for the 30-day free trial, you are not eligible for additional free trials for 1 (one) year from the date your free trial began. If we determine you have signed up for multiple free trial periods within the 1 (one) year timeframe, we will bill you $99.00 for each additional website account that you’ve created after your first Tendenci website account.
Tendenci doesn’t require a credit card during your free trial period. If you do not want to continue using your Tendenci website account, simply export any content on your website before the end of the 30-day trial period. We will automatically shut-off account access and delete your trial website after the 30 day period has ended.
To continue using your Tendenci website account, you must provide us with a valid credit card and authorize us to bill your credit card monthly. You can read more about our pricing plans at http://tendenci.com/pricing/.
Tendenci Recurring Billing Refund Policy
Tendenci website accounts will be billed monthly according to our pricing plans and your website’s usage that month. Your credit card will be charged every 30 days beginning immediately after your free trial period ends.
We require a 30 day notification of your desire to cancel and cease billing if you want to avoid being charged for the next month. Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 10th of every month, and you cancel on the 14th, your credit card will be billed for the current month.
How Do I Cancel My Account?
You can cancel your account at any time by completing the form at http://tendenci.com/forms/account-update-change-request/. We recommend you export your website content prior to cancellation and are not responsible for any data loss after you have cancelled your account and we have stopped billing charges to your credit card.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Please save this email for your records as we will refer to the information in that email when determing your date of cancellation, when to stop billing your credit card, and when your website will be shut-off and deleted.
