Clients hosted with Tendenci or on a support contract can submit a ticket at https://www.tendenci.com/tickets/.  Note that ongoing paid support usually does require a credit card on file, but a smaller one-time block of project hours can also be purchased. When reaching out to us for support, add as much detail as possible, including links to specific pages, as this speeds up the process and saves us all time and money.
