Adding Chapter State Coordinator
- Ensure all chapters are tied to a state.
Go to admin backend and scroll down to Chapters or www.yourwebsite.com/admin/chapters/chapter/ - ADMINISTRATORS - Add a coordinating agency by selecting the state and searching for the site user to be assigned.
Go to admin backend and scroll down to Chapters or www.yourwebsite.com//admin/chapters/coordinatingagency/
- By starting to type the username the rest will be auto-filled for easier selection.
- Once an agency with an assigned coordinator is saved, this process generates the state group (multiple coordinating agencies can be added in each state)
- All national members will now be auto-assigned to their respective state groups
3. Now when in the chapter module, coordinators will be able to use the dropdown menu to view state and national members.
www.yourwebsite.com/chapters
4. Any members at the national level (as long as state data is required/collected in the national membership application) will automatically appear in their respective state’s group. The coordinator can communicate via simple email form and export users.
5. To view/export/email chapter members the coordinator will use the chapter member search interface, found in their Chapters dropdown menu ("Chapter Members in my State").
A coordinator can search for any chapter members in the state’s chapters and can sort by chapters (within that state only), and other chapter application criteria.
