New Tendenci Event Management Features and Improvements

Event Cancellation and Refund: °º\(*꒦ິ∆꒦ີ*)/°º
The ability to charge a cancellation fee for event registrations was added.
Users can be refunded automatically or manually upon cancellation.
Currently available only with Stripe payment; enable by turning on the "Allow refunds" setting at https://www.example.com/settings/module/events/#id_allow_refunds.
Nested Events: (Sub-events) 🪆
Introduces the functionality to host events with sessions or sub-events.
Enable nested events by turning on the setting at https://www.example.com/settings/module/events/#id_nested_events.
Registration Restrictions: 📋📝
An Option was added to disallow users who have already registered from registering for the same event again.
Configure this setting at https://www.example.com/settings/module/events/#id_canregisteragain.
Additional Event Features: 🐾🎉
1. Attendants can now earn credits and receive certificates.
2. Digital check-in is facilitated through QR codes and badges.
3. Zoom integration for seamless event management.
4. Admin Functionality: Introduced the "Register A User" functionality, allowing administrators to search and register users for events easily.
