Whenever you upload an image or multiple images, you will always get redirected to the bulk edit page. Another way to access the page is by clicking on the album you would like to edit, then on the top admin bar select the Photos drop-down, and proceed to select Edit Photos.
On this page, you will see all the images and their information. You can edit the: title, caption (description), name the photographer, add tags, select licenses (organizational purposes), change the group (organizational purposes), and category (organizational purposes), set it as the album cover, and delete multiple images.
On the right side of the screen you can see the following:
Whatever is placed in these boxes will be applied to all the images in the selected photo album. If a box is left empty, it will not affect the other details of an image, only the boxes that have been filled. For example: let's say you all the images were taken in Austin, TX and you want to add the location in the caption, then you would write the location under Replace all Captions and it will be added to all the images. This page is not limited to bulk edit only, if you wish to only edit one image then you can do that as well. Remember that if whether you edit a single image or multiple images always click on Save All Changes.
In this section, the Tags and Licenses are used as mentioned before.
