Every association and non-profits have public fiduciary responsibilities to their members, that is why one of Tendenci's marvelous features is our Reports Module which supports solid accounting and financial management with Invoicing Reports. 

Every financial transaction completed on your Tendenci website creates an Invoice for accounting purposes. This is true even if the transaction results in a zero charge (a free membership) or carries a balance (pay by check at the door or abandoned online payment before completion).

You can easily export all Invoices for a given time period from your Tendenci website at any time and use entities for donation allocation for better reporting management.

Admin Menu: Apps > Reports > Revenue & Key Metrics by Tendenci > 1. Revenue Generated 

Choose Export Invoices from the Invoices menu in the Tendenci navigation bar.

This will produce a .csv file that you can open in your spreadsheet of choice and filter/sort as needed.
