Form Entries are the collection of all the members, users, or corporations that have filled out the forms created in your site. You can view all the data inserted by a user, to view polls, or surveys. It is important to note that you must have super user (admin) access to view these form entries. To find the Form Entries, you can do it in to ways:
- The easiest one is the following: insert this url in your browser with the fist part being the name of your site https://yoursitename/admin/forms/formentry/. This will lead you directly to the Form Entries page.
- The other way is the followng:
- Go to the admin backend of your site
- The back end is organized in alphabetical order, so you can either scroll down to the letter F or look for the number 23, and then select Form Entries.
- Go to the admin backend of your site
Now that you are in the form entries, you can sear by name, form, date, or email and if you use the filter it will list the forms that have been created. You will notice that these entries have been organized by date, Form, Name, Last Name, and email. If you click on the date (in blue) you can access the information submitted in that form. If you want to erase any of the forms just click on the box on the first column, then proceed to the action drop down on the top and select "Delete selected form entries" and finally click GO. Be mindful that is you click on the checkbox next to the Date/time, the very first row, it will select all the entries.
