As the company grows, we become more and more virtual. And with our largest office being in the Energy Corridor in Houston, and having signed our lease a long time ago, we are in a unique position to give a company needing about 9500 RSF a great deal on a sublease, or a direct take over with management as we are below rates for the market.

What's next for us, we're moving inside the loop to be near more creatives in Houston. It doesn't hurt that it brings us closer to the museum district and the Heights, Montrose and the places we as a group tend to frequent. We love Houston so much we want to be closer, and with talent now global, it makes sense to get a smaller Houston office and fly everyone in for our a quarterly meetings.
